Acquisition Adds to MDF & Co-Op Ad Processing Market Leadership
WHITBY, ON. (July 31, 2018) – 360insights, a global channel incentives leader offering rebate processing, SPIFF programs, MDF & co-op ad processing and channel insights, announced today the acquisition of Ad-Check Promotion Administration Services Inc., a trade promotions services company.
Headquartered in Markham, ON, Ad-Check administers and manages a full spectrum of consumer and trade promotion services including: MDF & co-op ad processing, channel rebates, and sales incentives programs (SPIFFs). Ad-Check has built a solid reputation over the last forty years within the sales, marketing and advertising communities.
The acquisition of Ad-Check builds on the company’s acquisition of Through-Channel earlier this year adding several high profile automotive brands to the over one hundred large brands already using 360insights’ Channel Success Platform™. Ad-Check adds more domain expertise to 360insights’ market leadership in MDF & co-op ad processing.
