May 24-26, the international VIVA Technology 2018 exhibition and conference took place in Paris. It is one of the most famous world forums on digital transformation and start-ups. The event was personnaly made open open by the President of France Emmanuel Macron. After the opening, the French government delegation toured the main zones together with the ambassadors of the participating countries.
An exceptional place in this year’s exhibition was occupied by a Russian booth where export-oriented companies where represented; the stand was arranged by the Russian Export Center JSC. A unique exposition was designed specially for the Paris conference, it featured a number of innovative enterprises: exporters of consumer goods, IT and high-tech products, who want their companies to enter and work in the foreign markets among other things. The event participants included: TRYFIT TECHNOLOGIES Ltd., AL Technologies Ltd., Kariot Ltd., OZ Forensics Ltd., Kreopop Ltd. and others. All enterprises are united under an umbrella brand “Made In Russia”, which is already perceived by world buyers and investors as an indisputable quality mark. In the exhibition area of Russian Export Center JSC, the companies could showcase their products – a three-dimensional feet scanner, children’s and adult functional prostheses, protection devices designed for automated fire prevention, as well as various innovative services.
The Russian program of events was mainly based on three major topics: high-tech exports support tools, certification nuances and customs-clearance of products in accordance with EU regulations as well as international collaboration between high-tech start-ups . This is reflected in the various business events that were held at the Russian stand within all three days of the forum.
Here is some of the feedback of the participating companies: VIVA Technology 2018 Exhibition is one of really interesting and useful events in the business sphere. This is not only a space for a dialogue between entrepreneurs from absolutely different countries, but an opportunity to enter into important business agreements as well. Foreign delegations took a serious interest in promoting high quality Russian products to external markets.”
